Information about the personal, commercial and financial status of the debtor

Additional costs may arise out of court concerning cash expenditures for possible investigations about the debtor, his financial situation, his address etc.

These costs will be invoiced separately (for example: residents registration office, commercial registry and authorities, commercial and trade registry, etc.).

The most common cost positions are:

• Costs for an information request at the registry court (part of the local court / Amtsgericht),
• Costs for information about the credit status from Creditreform (Dun & Bradstreet),
• Request at the residents registration office at the german district councils.
